InvoiceBot Terms of Use

The service is provided by KidmaTech (ח.פ 328628482), Sd. Yerushalayim 3a/3, Kiryat Bialik, Israel, invoice_bot@kidmatech.com. By using InvoiceBot you accept these terms.

1. What we do

InvoiceBot is a Telegram bot and a browser console through which you issue receipts and invoices to your clients, keep a list of clients and services, and take card payments.

We are not the ones who issue the tax documents. They are issued by your accounting system — FinBot or Rivhit — and the bot only passes data to it and shows the result. Document numbers, their format and storage, and the tax authority's requirements for them are on that system's side and on yours. Card payments are processed by the CardCom payment system.

2. Who may use it

A business registered in Israel (Osek Patur or Osek Murshe), or an accountant connecting such a business on its instruction.

An accountant may fill in the form on a client's behalf, but may not accept these terms for them: consent is given by the business owner, by opening the form link. Until that happens, the bot is not connected to the business.

3. Your data and your clients' data

How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy. The terms on which we store your clients' data on your instruction are in the Data Processing Agreement. Both documents are part of these terms.

The data you enter must be correct. We do not and cannot verify whether the client's name, the amount, the tax status or the tax ID are right: that is on you.

4. Price and payment

The first 5 receipts are free. After that a subscription is required.
₪30 a month or ₪300 a year. The price is final: you pay exactly the amount stated.
Payment is by card on a secure CardCom page. We neither see nor store the full card number.
The receipt for the subscription is sent to the email given at payment.

5. Automatic renewal

The subscription renews by itself: once a month or once a year, depending on the plan. Three days before each charge we send a reminder by email.

You can cancel at any moment — with "My subscription" → "Cancel subscription" inside the bot, with no letters and no phone calls. Automatic charging stops immediately, and you can keep issuing documents until the end of the period already paid for.

Cancelling in the middle of a paid period does not refund that period: the service stays available until it ends. The rights given to you by consumer protection law are not limited by this — see section 7.

6. If a charge fails

We try twice more within a week and write to you. Throughout that week the bot works as usual. If payment still does not go through, issuing new documents is suspended while your data stays where it is — access can be restored at any time simply by paying.

7. Rights under consumer protection law

If you fall under Israel's consumer protection law (including as a small business treated as a consumer), you have the right to cancel a distance transaction within the period set by law and to receive a refund under the rules of that law. These rights apply regardless of what section 5 says, and we do not limit them. To exercise them, write to invoice_bot@kidmatech.com.

8. What we promise and what we do not

We do our best to keep the bot running without interruptions and fix breakages as fast as we can. But the service depends on Telegram, FinBot or Rivhit, CardCom and the hosting provider: their outages and changes are outside our control. We do not promise uninterrupted operation without a single break — that promise would be a lie.

We do not give tax or legal advice. Which document to issue, with or without VAT, and what to show the tax authority is for you and your accountant to decide.

Our liability for damages is limited to the amount you have paid us over the last 12 months. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow it.

9. How to stop using the service

At any time. Cancel the subscription and write to us — we will delete your data, except what we are required to keep by law (see the Privacy Policy, section 7). The access key to your accounting system is erased immediately; you can additionally revoke it in that system yourself.

We may suspend access if the bot is used to break the law, to damage the system, or if the subscription goes unpaid. We will warn you in advance, except where waiting is not possible.

10. Changes to these terms

When we change the terms, we change their version and ask for consent again at your next sign-in. We will not silently hold you to terms you never saw.

11. Law and jurisdiction

The law of the State of Israel applies. Disputes are heard by the competent courts of Israel. Before going to court, write to us: almost everything is settled by email.
