Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 October 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KidmaTech client portal at clients.kidmatech.com and the automation services provided by KidmaTech ("we", "us"). By accessing or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

KidmaTech provides AI-assistant and business-automation services. Access to the workspace is provisioned individually to clients with whom we have a service agreement.

2. Accounts and access

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the data and content you connect to the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the automation you have requested. You are responsible for having the right to use any data you provide.

Where we store your customers' data in KidmaTech CRM, the Data Processing Agreement applies as well. How personal data is processed is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Connected platform accounts

The service lets you connect your own accounts on third-party platforms — for example Google, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp), Zoom and TikTok — so that KidmaTech can show the resulting conversations and comments in one inbox and send replies on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, or use it to send unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

6. Intellectual property

The content of the website (texts, logo, design), together with KidmaTech's software code and know-how, belongs to KidmaTech. Copying or use without our written permission is not permitted. Unless otherwise agreed in a contract, the result of our work is licensed to you for use rather than assigned as exclusive rights.

Source code is transferred to you only if the transfer was ordered as a separate item at the start of the order (in the proposal or contract), and only after full payment. Otherwise the code stays with KidmaTech and you receive a licence to use the result. Our tools, libraries and know-how are not transferred in any case.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running without interruption but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, updates and outages caused by third-party providers (hosting, messaging platforms, language model providers) are possible. The availability level is set in the contract with each client; we do not promise a fixed figure in these Terms.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, KidmaTech is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.

10. Acceptance and refunds

Business clients: work is carried out against the agreed specification. After delivery you have a test period, stated in the contract (usually one month, up to one month and two weeks). Until you sign the acceptance certificate you may cancel and receive a refund of the amounts paid for the work, except the advance payment, which is non-refundable. Once you sign the certificate, the right to a refund ends.

Consumers (individuals acting outside their business): your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence are not limited by these Terms.

If this section conflicts with a separately signed contract, the contract prevails.
